The Kizeo Forms settings: The Exports tab

The Kizeo Forms Exports tab brings together the options that let you personalise your final reports. Using this Kizeo Forms Exports tab, you can rename your export files, choose the text to display for the check box, organise the display of your CSV and Excel list and finally import custom-made Word and Excel template.

General option for all exports

  • Edit the name of the exported files: customise the name of the unit exported files by using dynamic item tags.
  • Input text if the check box is ticked/not ticked: these two options allow you to customise the text of the check box. For example, yes/no or validated/not validated.

The Excel List

  • Display only unit (standard PDF and custom-made Word/Excel) or list (Excel list and CSV)  type exports with the Unit or List button.

Different display settings to customise your PDF are available:
  • Display time under pictures, barcodes, NFC and geolocation.
  • Display geolocation for pictures, barcodes and NFC.
  • Display user's name. Can be useful when there are multiple users.
  • Display answer date (date when a completed form was 'saved').
  • Display a unique identifier.
  • Display a record number (from 1 to n... - specific to a particular form).
  • Display hidden fields.
  • Make images clickable.
  • Add a header and/or footer and/or the first page to your Standard PDF report.

Word tab

This tab gathers options that interact with the custom-made Word This tab gathers options that interact with the custom-made  Word.
  • Name of the export: enables you to quickly and easily identify your template.
  • Edit the name of the exported files: you can use dynamic item tags to customise the unit exported files.
  • Export Word as default: when you click on the Custom-made PDF in the Dropbox options for example, this template will be used.
  • Download the custom PDF by default: when you will be on the History or the Export page you will be able to quickly download your custom PDF.

  • Display hidden fields: allows to display “hidden” fields in report based on a visibility condition.
  • Make images clickable: when you click on the images on your report, you will be able to download them.
  • Download the current model or the example.
  • Drag your Word template.

You can also obtain some information on your custom-made template:

  • Possible issues detected,
  • Useless tags,
  • Valid Kizeo tags.

The List type

The Excel list tab

This tab gathers options that interact with the Excel list. You can display the history of each piece of data, a unique identifier, a registration number, an invisible field, organise the display of your export and create a custom-made Excel list.
