Learn how to use Kizeo Forms: When you’ve just created your trial account, you can see this window appear:

Step 1.  Create a form.

Click on guided tour of your back office to understand how to use Kizeo Forms.

Please refer to the article ‘How to create and modify a form?’ for more details on how to create your first form.

Step 2.  Download Kizeo Forms on your mobile.

• Go to Google Play, the App Store, or the Windows Store of your smartphone or tablet, depending on whether you are working on Android, iOS or Windows OS.
• When the app is downloaded and installed on your device, login with your chosen user name and password during the creation of your account on the web, and then refresh your forms by clicking on the ‘Refresh‘ button at the bottom left of your screen.
• Once the forms page updates, you will see your first forms.

Always remember to refresh this page if you make changes to your forms.

Step 3.  Fill out your digital form from your mobile device.

• Click on your form and fill it in.
• When your form is completed and ready to be sent to the server, click ‘Save’.
• You will find the completed forms from the field in your Kizeo Forms account. You can recover your data in the format of your choice: XLS, PDF, DOC, CSV, XML.
