We just launched a new form called " Near Misses" available in our library. From you Kizeo App, tell us more about your situation, describe the risks involved, your suggestions to improve it as well as the corrective actions you took right after the incident. Once your final report is saved, it will be sent straight to your superiors. In our template form, you can also find an example of:

To download it, go to your back office and click the "Configuration" tab, then "Forms" and click on the "Library" button!
