The Service is accessible via remote login using a username, password of your choice, and a company code authorised by Kizeo. The system performs a uniqueness check. For security and confidentiality reasons, only the combination of these three codes allows the customer to access the software application.

Our communication protocols are secure; all communications are done via HTTPS (the little padlock), ensuring secure consultation of your data. It also allows you to make secure payments by credit card.

As part of our Business Continuity Plan (BCP), the data are hosted across three different geographic sites. Kizeo offers a reliable technical environment for hosting, high availability, and optimal security thanks to the architecture of security-certified data centres, as well as compliance with technological solutions. Our servers have a redundant architecture. Thus, in the event of a malfunction at one site, another takes over instantly. Furthermore, we perform additional backups.

The security measures we use include:
