Can I try Kizeo Forms before subscribing?

Yes, we offer a 15-day free trial of Kizeo Forms with no commitment. No credit card is required to sign up for the free trial. During this trial period, you will have access to 10 licences, allowing for 10 user profiles.

How do I subscribe to Kizeo Forms?

Are you impressed by Kizeo Forms and ready to subscribe? You have two options to join the Kizeo Forms community:

  • You can subscribe independently. After creating a trial account, click on the basket icon in the top right corner of the Kizeo Forms Web Interface. You will be redirected to the “Subscription” page, where you can purchase your licences. Once the payment is processed, your invoice will be sent via email and will also be available in your account’s invoice history.

  • If an invoice is required before payment, please send us a purchase order following your usual payment terms to contact@kizeo.com. Upon receipt, we will process your request and issue an invoice.

How much does the Kizeo Forms solution cost?

Kizeo Forms offers two types of subscriptions:

  • Monthly subscription (£18 per month per licence). Payment is made in one instalment, based on the number of months subscribed.
  • Annual subscription (£12 per month per licence). Payment is made in one instalment, upon subscribing for the full year.

Our solution is billed per licence, meaning your subscription is calculated according to the number of users (any individual responsible for entering data).

Are there any additional fees to consider?

No, Kizeo Forms guarantees a transparent offer with no hidden fees. Whether you choose a monthly or annual subscription, you will enjoy unlimited access to all available features:

  • Unlimited creation and use of forms
  • Unlimited data entry via the app
  • Free access to our web services (Rest API)
  • Full access to our online resources (tutorials, videos, Kommunity)
  • Dedicated Customer Support

Any additional costs may relate to:

  • Subscription to our BI connector: An optional service that facilitates data integration with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and Excel.
  • Access to integrations such as Dropbox, DocuSign, Zapier, and others is included in the standard Kizeo Forms subscription. However, please note that these external services have their own associated costs for using their platforms. You will need a separate account with these services and will be responsible for managing their respective costs.

Does the Kizeo Forms mobile app work without a mobile network (offline)?

Yes, the Kizeo Forms mobile app also works in offline mode. You can continue collecting data in the field without an internet connection, and the data will synchronise once you’re back online.

I’ve subscribed to an annual plan; can I add users during the subscription period?

You can add new users (one licence = one user) to your account at any time on your own.

Each licence purchased acts as a token that you can assign to any user of your choice.

For example, if a team member leaves, you can simply retrieve the licence token from that user and reassign it to a new team member. There’s no need to subscribe to a new plan or go through a refund process.

If a new team member joins, you can easily add new licences to your account. To do so, log in to your Kizeo Forms workspace. Then, click on the ‘Subscription and Quotes’ tab. Here, you’ll see the ‘Add Licences’ option. Click it to select the number of additional licences you’d like to purchase and link them to your existing subscription.

What payment methods can I use?

Several payment methods are accepted:

  • Bank transfer / cheque: Licences are activated upon receipt of payment.
  • Credit card / PayPal: Licences are activated immediately after payment.

Is there a minimum commitment period

There is no minimum commitment period required. Kizeo Forms is available with either a monthly or annual subscription.

By choosing an annual subscription, you save over 30% per month per licence on your invoice.

Once the subscription is completed, how soon can I start using Kizeo Forms?

Once your subscription payment is received, you can start enjoying the features.

If you chose to make the payment independently on the website:

  • By credit card or PayPal: Immediately after the payment is finalised.
  • By bank transfer: As soon as Kizeo receives the transfer (or upon receiving proof of payment sent to our services).
  • By cheque: Once the cheque is received by us.

If you’ve sent us a purchase order:

Licences will be activated after the purchase order is processed by our services, following your usual payment terms.

Is my subscription automatically renewed?

Kizeo Forms subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You will be notified as the renewal date approaches, and it is up to you to decide whether or not to renew your subscription.

Use

Do you provide the equipment (smartphone, tablet, etc.)?

Kizeo Forms does not provide equipment such as smartphones or tablets. Users must use their own devices or the company-provided devices to access the Kizeo Forms app.

Is training required to use Kizeo Forms?

No, training is not required to use Kizeo Forms. The app is designed to be simple and intuitive, making it accessible to everyone without the need for specific IT or technical skills.

Can we use the same licence on multiple devices?

No, you cannot use the same Kizeo Forms licence on multiple devices. Kizeo Forms’ business model is based on a separate licence for each user and each mobile device. Therefore, each team member entering data in Kizeo Forms must have their own licence.

How do I deploy Kizeo Forms across all the devices used by my teams/technicians/employees?

Deploying Kizeo Forms on your team’s devices is straightforward. Simply download the app on each device (smartphone or tablet) and log in with the provided user credentials. This allows for centralised management and synchronisation of data and forms across all devices.

Data Management & Security

Where is my data hosted?

The data you collect via Kizeo Forms is hosted exclusively in France. The selected hosting providers are trusted entities, ensuring high security standards. This geographical location also ensures compliance with European data protection regulations.

Kizeo Forms is an AWS Partner certified.

Can I host the data on my own servers?

We host our clients’ data securely and without limits on our servers in France. However, if you prefer to host the data on your own servers, this can be done by manually retrieving your data from your account or via our APIs.

We take all necessary measures to secure our clients’ data. If, despite our efforts, you wish to exclusively host your data on your own servers, API codes are available to help you permanently delete your data after it has passed through our servers. For security reasons, these codes are only provided upon written request to customer service and after signing a liability waiver.

Our clients are the owners of the data entered in their forms and are therefore responsible for ensuring GDPR compliance. To assist you in implementing best practices, GDPR-specific fields are available within Kizeo Forms. A template form is also accessible in the Kizeo Forms library.

Confidentiality of data within Kizeo Forms:

Each Kizeo employee has signed a written, indefinite confidentiality agreement regarding customer data protection.

Data security in relation to third parties:

  • Data hosting: Our clients’ data is hosted on servers located in France. Our service providers hold robust certifications, which are documented and available upon request.
  • Three-step secure user login: This includes the company code, user ID, and password.
  • Encrypted data transfer using TLS (Transport Layer Security) 1.2.

I wish to cancel, how can I retrieve my data?

You have full control over your data. You can retrieve it at any time during your subscription, either manually or automatically (via FTP, Dropbox, or by using our APIs).

If your subscription has ended and you didn’t have time to recover your data, it remains accessible and can be manually downloaded from your back-office for a minimum of 3 months after the end of your subscription.

Upon request, Kizeo can proceed with the complete and permanent deletion of your account and data (upon presentation of a customer liability waiver) before the 24-month legal retention period.
