What is a licence?
A Kizeo Forms licence is allocated to a user or a mobile device, enabling the user to enter data.
Which types of business require the purchase of a licence?
Any new user who needs to use the Kizeo Forms application for data entry will require a licence. However, for Administrators and Group Managers who use Kizeo Forms to create forms and set parameters, access to the Web Interface is included in the subscription at no extra cost.
How does the free trial work?
Kizeo Forms offers a free 15-day trial period with no obligation, during which you have unlimited access to all the features listed above (excluding options). No credit card is required to register for the free trial. This free trial gives you access to 10 licences, i.e. 10 user profiles.
How much does the Kizeo Forms solution cost?
- Monthly subscription (£18/month/licence). Payment is made in a single instalment, depending on the number of months subscribed.
- Annual subscription (£12/month/licence). Payment is made in a single instalment when you subscribe for the whole year.
Our solution is invoiced by the number of licences, i.e. your subscription is calculated according to the volume of users (anyone who enters data).
How do I subscribe to Kizeo Forms?
Have you fallen in love with Kizeo Forms and want to subscribe? There are two ways to become part of the Kizeo Forms community:
- You can subscribe on your own. Once you have created a trial account, click on the basket in the top right-hand corner of the Kizeo Forms web interface. You will then be redirected to the “Subscription” page from where you can purchase your licences. Once payment has been made, your invoice is sent by e-mail and generated in the history of your invoices available in your account.

- If an invoice is required before payment, please send us an order form in your usual payment format to contact@kizeo.com. On receipt, we will process your request and send you an invoice. Licences will be activated as soon as we have processed the order form.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Several methods of payment are accepted:
- Bank transfer / cheque: licence(s) activated on receipt of payment
- Credit card / PayPal: licence(s) activated immediately after payment
Is there a volume discount?
Discounts are available for subscribing to a certain number of annual licences. For more details, please contact our sales department directly at contact@kizeo.com.
Is the subscription tacitly renewed?
Kizeo Forms subscriptions are not tacitly renewed. You will be informed as the renewal date approaches, and it is up to you to decide whether or not you wish to renew your subscription.
How do I add licences to my current subscription?
You can add new users (one licence = one user) to your account independently at any time.
Each licence acquired is equivalent to a token that you can allocate to a user of your choice.
For example, if a member of staff leaves your team, you can simply recover that user’s licence token and reassign it to a new member. You don’t need to take out a new subscription or go through a refund procedure.
If a new member of staff joins your team, you can easily add new licences to your account. To do this, log in to your Kizeo Forms workspace. Then click on the ‘Subscriptions and quotes’ tab. Here you will see the option ‘Add licences’. Click on it to choose the number of additional licences you wish to add and link them to your existing subscription.
Where can I view my invoices?
Invoices relating to your subscriptions can be viewed by Administrators in the ‘Invoice History’ section of the Subscriptions tab in the Administration Interface.
